From December 20 to 21, 2021, Mr. Wen and Mr. Zhang from China Building Materials Inspection and Certification Group Xianyang Co., Ltd. visited Hunan Boyun Automobile Brake Materials Co., Ltd. to carry out the first year of CCC certification supervision and post review work. According to the review plan, the first meeting was held at 8:30 a.m. on December 20th, and was chaired by the review team leader, Mr. Wen. Wang Pinglong, the company's deputy general manager and management representative, and Zhang Lijun, the deputy general manager, and relevant department ministers attended the meeting.

      After introducing each other, Vice General Manager Wang Pinglong extended a warm welcome to the two audit teachers who came to our company. Teacher Wen, the leader of the review team, introduced the purpose, scope, basis, method, arrangement, and confidentiality of the review. During the review, Deputy General Manager Wang Pinglong focused on introducing various research and development and testing equipment, product series and models, and corresponding production lines to customers. He also explained warehouse first in, first out, constant temperature and humidity warehouse control of key raw materials, feeding and code scanning error prevention, production and manufacturing process flow, and quality control of various processes. Accompanied by the relevant person in charge of the company, the review teacher conducted a sampling review of our company's personnel training, product production processes, production equipment, finished product testing equipment, on-site shear testing, and quality management system based on the review plan through on-site inspection, document review, and conversations with relevant personnel. They also conducted on-site sampling and sealing of our company's products in the list of five certification units that have passed CCC certification.

       After the audit ended on December 21st, a final meeting was held. The experts from China Building Materials Inspection and Certification Group Xianyang Co., Ltd. summarized the audit work and gave a high evaluation to our company. They believed that our company had standardized enterprise management, improved quality management system, exquisite research and development technology, strict production process control, high product quality consistency, and meticulous file management. At the same time, they also paid attention to the application of CCC logo The integration of CCC certification requirements with the IATF16949 quality management system has put forward some suggestions and improvement suggestions. After rigorous review by the audit teacher, we believe that our quality assurance capability, product conformity, and consistency can meet the requirements, and we are determined to continue to maintain CCC certification registration.
